Our pages explain how asset-based commercial bridge lenders think, so sponsors can prepare better deals. We publish only real data, cite primary sources for law and regulation, date every page, and correct errors promptly. Lenders never review or pay for content.
Sources and data
- Facts about law and regulation, such as a state’s foreclosure process, link to primary sources like state statutes and federal agencies.
- Rates, leverage and lender counts come only from current pricing that lenders maintain on our platform. Until enough lenders price a property type, pages show educational content instead of statistics.
- When we describe how lenders usually approach leverage, we say so in words and as a general pattern, not as a market statistic.
- We never publish invented statistics, reviews, testimonials or lender rankings.
Independence
Lenders don’t see, review or pay for our content, and they can’t pay to appear or rank higher in comparisons.
Accuracy and corrections
Every page shows when it was last updated. If you spot an error, tell us and we’ll fix it and update the date.
Not advice
Content is general information for business-purpose investors, not legal, tax or financial advice. Talk to a licensed professional about your situation.
